“Come out of your cocoon, open your wings and shine the light of Christ around you!”
For the first time, the women’s ministry in France organizes a national women’s conference. They hope to gather 200 participants.
Have you ever noticed how butterflies make us feel good? God created them to bring joy to His heart and to anyone who notices them. They gather nectar and pollen, and spread them wherever they go. They multiply themselves. They rest on flowers, taking in the beauty of God's creation. They don't crawl anymore, like they did when they were caterpillars, but they fly!
These metaphores will be used during the weekend to address many realities of our Christian life.
Just as a beautiful butterfly spreads joy, women have been created to live out the beauty of the Gospel, to share the Good News with enthusiasm, and to reflect the freedom that God offers to people who believe in Him.
The weekend will offer teaching, workshops, worship and small group discussion times to encourage, edify, equip and empower women who want to leave their cocoon, open their wings and shine the light of Christ to people around them.
God created each of us with talents and passion. And He wants to use these qualities for His glory, so that many may come to know Him!
The main speakers at the event will be:
• Marie Carmen Didier
• Béatrice Philippe
• Jenn Williamson
• Carole Chomel
• Anne Hoffmann
The conference takes place in Dijon, France from 11-13 November 2016. (Conference language: French).

God works powerfully in missions through disability and not in spite of it.
What is your superpower?
Empathy is about giving the gift of true, engaged listening.
During this time of global pandemic, if there is a word worthy to underline – and which brings to light thousands of people’s selfless commitment to risk their lives and serve unconditionally with their time and resources – it is the word generosity.
